Studio and Commercial Portrait Services

Images created through privately commissioned portrait sessions — including senior portraits, individual portraits, family portraits, and other studio engagements — constitute the professional and artistic work product of White’s Studios. White’s Studios retains such images in its professional archive in accordance with standard industry practice and applicable law. These images may be made available for purchase by the commissioning client and, where appropriate, by the subject or their authorized representative, for such period as White’s Studios determines appropriate in its professional judgment.

Image Archives and Retention

White’s Studios maintains professional photographic archives as a core part of its ongoing business operations. Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the engagement, applicable contractual requirements, legal obligations, and the operational needs of the business. Images collected under a school or institutional agreement are retained and managed in accordance with that agreement.
