How long before I see my Color Preview sheets?

Color Preview sheets are typically mailed within one week of your portrait session. Please verify that we have your correct name and mailing address.

What time are you open?

Regular business hours are typically Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00am - 5:00pm. However, days and times of operation vary between our North Hollywood and Northridge studios, so please refer to those pages to determine when they're open for business and how to find directions.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, as well as cash and personal checks with valid identification. When paying a final balance on your order, only a credit card or cash will be accepted.

Is there a deposit required to place an order?

Payment in full or a minimum of 50% of the order placed is required for a deposit at the time of the order. The balance is due when your order is ready. No checks are accepted for final payment, only cash or a credit card from Visa, Mastercard or Discover.

Do you supply clothes for my session?

We supply the drape for ladies' yearbook poses by request. what is a drape?

For the gentlemen, tuxedo tops (jacket, shirt and tie) are available to rent. Cost is $12.00 (including tax), in addition to your session charge, and MUST BE PAID at the time of your session.

Caps & Gowns are available FREE OF CHARGE to both ladies and gentlemen for their senior portrait.

Can I take pictures with my friends?

Yes. You are welcome to bring one friend for some extra shots. A $20.00 service will be charged, in addition to your Session charge, and MUST BE PAID at the time of your Session.

Do you do make-up?

No. Please come to your session with your make-up and hair done.

How long do you keep pictures?

At the end of each school year we archive senior pictures.  Once the school year is over there is no guarantee that your pictures can be safely retrieved from our archive database.

How long do I have to order?

Your order must be received or your Color Preview sheets must be returned on or before the date stamped on your order form.

Do you do digital retouching?

Yes. For an additional charge, our digital retouching can remove red eye, blemishes, tan lines, even braces. Call our Customer Care Team +1 818.752.7780 or email info@whites-studios.com for a quote.

Do you take college graduation pictures?

Absolutely, we take college graduation portraits. We even have an assortment of caps, gowns and tassel in various colors to choose from FREE OF CHARGE. The session fee is $30.00, and a $50.00 deposit is required to have your proofs mailed to you. Additional styles may be added to your session. Each additional style is $15.00. Session fees do not apply to the cost of your portraits and are not refundable. If you are unhappy with your previews, you may retake your photos for only $10.00 per style. Important Note: College graduation portraits are shot only during the month of May or after October 15th.

Can I bring my own props?

Absolutely. We encourage you to bring your own props, such as musical instruments, cheerleader outfits, sports equipment, surfboards, etc., to personalize your photos.

How long before my pictures are ready?

Typically, it takes about 8 weeks from the time you have paid 50%, or half, of your balance.
